| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to devices for molecular biology, genetic engineering, medicine and biotechnology and is intended for synthesis of oligonucleotide libraries with density of up to 2500 spots/cm2 in automatic mode. System for automatic synthesis of oligonucleotides consists of a printer with a sealed chamber; control stand with a printer control unit, a syringe station and containers with reagents and a control computer with software for controlling the system. Inside the sealed chamber of the printer there is a printing carriage with connected tubes for supply of reagents and needle and piezoelectric dispensers located on the printing carriage and a survey chamber. On the table of the coordinator in the sealed chamber of the printer, there are modules for placing substrates, a stroboscopic chamber, a module for washing dispensers and a module for drying dispensers. Before synthesis of libraries, calibration is performed. Cyclic supply of reagents is performed from containers of syringe station through tubes to needle or piezoelectric dispensers. After the chemical reaction, the reagents are removed. USE - Biotechnology.
