| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Device for fruit collection contains gripper (2) installed on telescopic pole (1), made of plastic and having a hole, to which corrugated trunk (4) is connected. Trunk (4) has soft flexible petals (5) at the end. Gripper (2) is made in the form of outer (6) and inner (7) pipes. Surface of inner (7) pipe is made in the form of spiral gear profile (9) parallel to the surface of ball-screw gear (8), due to which outer (6) pipe is movably connected to inner (7) pipe. Inner tube (7) has spring-loaded rotary pins (12) on its end, uniformly distributed along the circumference. Each pin (12) is a rotary lever with ratchet wheel (14) fixed on it, fixed by spring-loaded pawl (19), rotary soft jaw (15) and roller (13), which rests on conical part (16) of outer (6) pipes. On outer (6) side of the pipe there is motor (11) conjugated with spiral toothed profile (9) of inner (7) pipe by means of driving gear wheel (10) installed on it. USE - Agriculture. ADVANTAGE - Enabling reduction of labour intensity of the fruit collection process due to its automation. |
