成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to production of titanium-stainless steel tubular adapters by diffusion welding. Annular grooves of threaded profile are made on inner surface of bushing from stainless steel and it is placed outside bushing from titanium alloy. Bush assembly is heated in vacuum to temperature of diffusion welding. Heating in vacuum to the temperature of diffusion welding is carried out in two stages: at the first stage, the assembly of sleeves is heated to temperature of 600 °C at rate of 35-45 °C/min, and at the second stage, the bushings assembly is heated from temperature of 600 °C to temperature of diffusion welding at rate of 15-35 °C/min. At the temperature of diffusion welding, the welded surfaces of the sleeves are squeezed, after which the assembly of the sleeves is first cooled in vacuum to 450 °C, and then cooled in air to room temperature. USE - Performing operations. ADVANTAGE - Use of the invention makes it possible to increase the reliability and quality of the welded joint of titanium-stainless steel tubular adapters by improving the mutual diffusion of the materials of the titanium-stainless steel tubular adapter parts. 2 cl, 1 ex
