成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention relates to flow rotator. Rotator includes a housing in the form of two rings with through holes for fastening elements. Two rings are made in the form of bicentrics with one protruding hemispherical part, in which through vertical holes are made. Protruding hemispherical parts of the bicentrics are directed in the same direction. In addition, between the bicentrics there is a hollow cylindrical housing having spiral or straight slots uniformly located on the surface and vertical blades of elastic material installed between the slots in a staggered order and made in the form of blades bent to the right with through holes. Bicentrics with through holes are made with possibility of fixation on casing pipe body. USE - Performing operations. ADVANTAGE - Creation of an effective device, which allows to significantly increase the quality of casing strings attachment with rotation during the cementing process along the entire length of the shaft and formation of a full-value cement ring along the entire diameter of the well shaft, with complete removal of dead zones and displacement of drilling fluid from cavernous sections. 1 cl, 3 dwg
