成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to electrochemical power engineering, more specifically to thermal chemical current sources (CCS), and can be used in production of thermal CCS. Disclosed method of making a lithium-silicon negative electrode provides a process cycle of not more than 0.06 hours per electrode, which increases efficiency of making the electrode. Method of production consists in the fact that a composite material of the following composition is prepared from silicon with chrysotile asbestos, wt.%: silicon – 95.8, chrysotile asbestos – 4.2; disc is cut from the lithium tape, placed on the bottom of the metal cup, a disc of composite material is placed on the disc from the lithium tape in an amount of, wt.%: lithium 30-50, silicon 50-70, then the electrode is formed, the electrode is placed in a vacuum furnace, the temperature is stabilized at level of 340-360 °C and held at this temperature for 30-40 minutes, then cooled to temperature of 190-200 °C, then argon is fed into the furnace to equalize the internal pressure in the furnace with atmospheric pressure and continue cooling to 40-50 °C, after which the electrodes are removed from the furnace and transferred to the heat battery assembly.
