| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to a wellhead sampler for a production well. Wellhead sampler includes a housing connected to a pressure pipeline, a sampling chamber, turbulence blades and a shutoff element. Housing is made T-shaped, the lower outlet of which is connected to the sampling chamber through a shutoff element. One end of the horizontal bends is connected via a ball valve by a detachable connection to a pressure pipeline, and the other end is connected to the housing of the electric motor with a rotor equipped with an axis. Blades-turbulators with outer diameter smaller than flow diameter of open ball valve are installed on rod coaxially inserted into rotor axis with possibility of longitudinal movement by means of splined or toothed connection and entry of blades-turbulators into pressure pipeline at open ball valve. Electric motor is made with the possibility of providing the rotor rotation speed with speed of 14-32 rpm, with the possibility of providing the liquid pumped through the pressure pipeline mixing.
