成果简介	NOVELTY - The vane swirler (100) has an oriented portion (1) that is oriented in the shape of a cylinder with an axial through channel and with vanes (3) on an outer surface. The through channel includes unit of hydraulic resistance for the flow, where vanes with an angle of rotation from 60 to 360° . The swirler is intended for a reactor, preferably for a fixed-bed catalyst reactor, more preferably for a secondary reforming apparatus. The hydraulic resistance unit includes a washer (4) containing a hole coaxial with the through channel, and a plate with holes located along the perimeter of the plate symmetrically relative to the axis of the through channel. USE - Vane swirler for fluid flow in pipelines for gas or liquid media, in ventilation system, in burner devices, in reactor apparatus for intensifying processes and other solutions. ADVANTAGE - The vane swirler allows achieving high efficiency of the swirler and creating a stable swirling zone in the flow of fluid at a constant distance from the vane swirler, with the specific distance depending on the hydraulic resistance used in the channel for the specified flow, allows achieving higher efficiency of the swirler operation, to a better degree, achieving stable intensive vortex formation at a constant distance in the reactor, to a better degree in a reactor with a fixed catalyst bed and to the best degree in a secondary reforming apparatus.
