成果简介	NOVELTY - The applicator has a drive module that includes a drive mechanism with an electric motor, a drive mechanism housing (1), and a capstan module. An unwinding module (2) includes an unwinding module housing, a label reel fixation unit, a disc stop for the label reel, and a label reel brake. A winding unit comprises a bobbin stop in the form of a disk and is secured to the winding unit axis, and a brake lever is also secured to the winding unit housing by unit of a bearing. A bobbin stop is secured to the winding unit housing by unit of a bobbin fixing unit. The winding unit axis with the driven pulley is installed by unit of a bearing through the opening of the winding unit housing and is connected to the driving pulley of the electric motor by unit of a belt drive, where the bobbin fixing unit is an external retainer secured to the winding mechanism by unit of fastening elements. USE - Label applicator for labeling or attaching tags on containers, boxes, and tanks used in industrial sectors. ADVANTAGE - The winding mechanism ensures the retention of the tape is wound, which ensures the reliability of the structure, while the variable diameter significantly simplifies the removal of the used tape. The external retainer is made in the form of an ergonomic handle, and is fixed to the retainer unit using fasteners in order to improve maintainability. The ergonomics of the handle reduces the time required to perform repairs and replace the used tape, which increases maintainability and reduces the possibility of error when operating the device.
