| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device has a base (1) that is provided with a seed ejection window, a rotating distribution cone (3) provided with radially arranged blades mounted on a drive shaft placed in bearings. An outer cylinder (8) encloses the cone. A loading funnel is provided with a support. A cylindrical cover (9) is located above the distribution cone and connected by stands to the base. The inner diameter of the circular bristle brush is smaller than the inner diameter of the outer cylinder which is attached to the inner cylindrical surface of the cover. A bevel gear is mounted on the drive shaft. A lifting pin (15) is installed inside the drive shaft. The upper end of lifting pin rests against the upper inner portion of the cone, and the lower end of lifting pin is connected to the shoulder of the rocker arm. The outer cylinder embraces the lower portion of the cone. The upper base is approached to the lower base of the circular bristle brush at a distance of not more than two sizes of seed. USE - Cone seeding device for selection seeder. ADVANTAGE - The cone seeding device ensures non-passive cleaning of cells from accidentally remaining seeds under the action of gravity, and forced cleaning by acting on the seeds with additional force.
