成果简介NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine and can be used for destruction of pathogenic biofilms formed by bacteria of various types on skin and other surfaces of human body. Bacterial biofilm formed on pork skin in ex vivo model is destroyed, its surface is coated with a layer of copper or silver nanoparticles. Said copper or silver nanoparticles are transferred from a donor substrate, which is transparent for infrared laser radiation, on the surface of which there is a silver or copper film with thickness of at least 20 nm, which is located at distance of 0.8-1.2 mm above the porcine skin fragment. As a result of scanning said donor substrate with a laser beam with wavelength of 1064 nm, pulse duration of 120 ns, pulse repetition frequency 20 kHz at pulse energy 0.2 mJ, scanning speed 1000 mm/s and laser spot size 30 mcm. USE - Medicine.
