| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The vision camera has a photoreceiving element unit that is fixed in housing (1), and a video lens (2) is fixed above the photoreceiving element unit and is surrounded by a cascade of light sources (3). A protective glass is fixed on top of the video lens. An information processing unit is mounted in the housing and is connected to the photoreceiving element unit. The information processing unit is connected to the data transmission module and the power supply module, while the power supply and data transmission connectors (4) are located in the housing. The housing is a composite structure and is provided with a main housing (5) and a video lens housing (6), connected to each other using a detachable connection. The main portion is made in the form of a box and is provided with two rigidly fastened portions. The portion of video lens is made in the form of a rectangular socket and is provided with a cooling radiator (8) located along the lower portion of the main portion. USE - Technical vision camera produced at enterprises of electronics industry. ADVANTAGE - The technical vision camera is used in a wide range of economic needs. The main portion is made box-shaped from two rigidly fastened portions in order to improve maintainability. The video lens portion ensures the safety of the video lens. The connectors are installed on the high wall of the tray, which ensures their strong and reliable fixation, and increases the overall reliability of the structure. The connectors and the video lens housing are located on different edges of the main portion, which reduces electrical interference from the power supply connector to the photoreceiving element unit, resulting in a clearer picture, which ensures high reliability of the technical vision camera.
