| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device has a first register (1) intended to record a value of information exchange time for a current test. A second register (2) records the value of the difference in the time interval satisfying conditions for the information exchange. A comparator (3) compares the value of the information exchange time for the current test received from the first register and the value of the difference in the time interval. A first counter (4) records a number of tests on information exchange with a measurement result. An output of an adder (9) is connected to an input of a division block (10). Outputs of the division block are connected to inputs of a multiplication block (12). An output of the multiplication block is an information output (16) of the device. USE - Device for calculating average information exchange time between a source and a recipient in a series of tests based on statistical results of information exchange for scientific research application in automation and computer engineering fields. ADVANTAGE - The device calculates the average time of information exchange between the source and the recipient for solving statistical problems and for processing results of experimental studies of information exchange processes under different conditions. The device is designed with ability to connect to other technical systems or modeling systems due to presence of information inputs and an information output.
