| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to immunology and oncology. A method for inducing an immune response to tumour cells in a mammalian body is developed, involving a) detection of differences in gene signatures of tumour and normal cells, including prioritization by level of expression of mutant gene, uniqueness, agretopicity; b) synthesis of a set of DNA templates, each of which contains an open reading frame encoding one of the detected gene signatures or an open reading frame encoding from 2 to 80 detected gene signatures; c) synthesis of a set of mRNA based on the obtained set of DNA templates, wherein the mRNA contains the sequence SEQ ID NO:1, SEQ ID NO:2, SEQ ID NO:3, SEQ ID NO:4, SEQ ID NO:5, SEQ ID NO:8 at 5'-end; an open reading frame encoding from 1 to 80 tumour gene signatures; sequence SEQ ID NO: 6 or SEQ ID NO: 7 at 3'-end; d) obtaining lipid nanoparticles containing synthesized mRNA; e) introducing the obtained lipid nanoparticles into the mammalian body.
