成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine, in particular to preventive toxicology and prevention of occupational pathology, and can be used to reduce the harmful effects of lead oxide nanoparticles (PbO NP) on the nervous system of individuals, which are subjected to this effect in various production conditions at enterprises associated with extraction, processing and use of lead-containing components and ores. A method for increasing the body resistance to the neurotoxic action of lead oxide nanoparticles consists in the fact that the individuals of the risk group of such exposure take a bioprophylactic complex (BPC) in repeated 4-week courses 2 times a year. BPC is taken in doses providing daily production of: 100 mg of glycine, 600 mg of cysteine in metabolically active form of N-acetylcysteine, 4 g of glutamic acid, 25 ml of fish oil with 12-15% content of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids with predominance of docosahexaenoic acid, not less than 45%, and eicosapentaenoic acid, not less than 40%, 50 mg of rutin, 5 g of pectin; as well as iodine, magnesium, calcium, vitamins A, group B – B1-B3, B5-B6, B9, B12, C, D3 and E in doses meeting the physiological needs of the body.
