| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The headset has a headset body (1) attached with human hearing organs from effects of bullets and shrapnel, and including an armor panel formed from sheets of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene to calculate number and size experimentally depending on required resistance to damaging elements and speed of impact. The sheets are stitched together such that the headset body represents a single armor package placed inside the headset. An armor package contains alternating layers of aramid fabric with a hydrophobic treatment of a front part. Layers of UHMWPE in a middle part and layers of aramid fabric are provided with a hydrophobic treatment of the back part collected in a package. USE - Armor protection based headset for protecting a part of a head of a user for military personnel, police officers and special forces. ADVANTAGE - The headset increases resistance to moisture and protects hearing organs from effects of extreme sound pressure levels issue of armor protection, so that the body is used as armor protection with a negative effect in event of a bullet or shrapnel hit or event of the body splitting into parts with a destructive effect on user's hearing organs and head. The headset provides protection for user's head and hearing organs from bullets and shrapnel including secondary shrapnel from the headset in the event of damage by improving ballistic resistance of the headset by adding an armor panel with simplicity and low cost of manufacturing armor protection without use of special equipment so as to ensure passage of sound signals and speech intelligibility without deteriorate. The headset simplifies technology of armor protection production without require use of additional materials and involvement of high-tech equipment, so that ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene has sufficient moisture resistance and high impact strength in a utility model.
