成果简介NOVELTY - The machine (100) has a set of connecting rods (148) movably affixed to an eccentric shaft (134), where the set of connecting rods is movably connected to a set of pounding rods (150), which is extended to a pounding chamber (144), and the set of connecting rods is configured to convert the rotary motion of the eccentric shaft into a linear motion of the set of pounding rods upon activating a driving unit (104) for pounding de-seeded chilies to obtain chili powder. The machine automatically performs both de-seeding and pounding operations for preparing the chili powder. USE - Automated chili de-seeding and pounding machine. ADVANTAGE - The machine streamlines the process by efficiently removing seeds and producing chili powder without need for human intervention. The machine incorporates an automated de-seeding mechanism, thus efficiently separating seeds from chili peppers without need for manual handling, thus minimizing exposure to capsaicin and enhancing worker safety. The system allows workers to prioritize safety and well-being of workers by providing appropriate training, equipment, and facilities to minimize risks associated with handling chili peppers in small-scale industries.
