| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention can be used to remove residual stresses in machined metal structural parts by vibration processing using a platform-type system. Position of the maximum residual stress and the tensile strength of the sample are determined. Residual stress relief circuit is formulated based on first orthogonal experiment to determine the first combination of process parameters. Relationship between multiple increments of tensile strength and multiple combinations of process parameters is established to obtain a process parameter with the least effect on the effect of removing residual stresses by vibration treatment. Second combination of process parameters is determined based on the orthogonal experiment and a coefficient for removing residual stresses of the sample with maximum increment of tensile strength is obtained. Coefficient of residual stress relief of the metal structural part to be processed is obtained and the second combination of process parameters is changed based on the deviation of the coefficient to form their optimal combination. USE - Performing operations.
