成果简介	NOVELTY - The device has a fuel storage tank (1), a branch pipe for draining settled water, a receiving pipeline (3) containing openings for collecting fuel, an emulsifier (5), a pressure branch pipe (6), a receiving branch pipe (7), a filter (8), a pipeline for feeding a homogeneous water-fuel emulsion into an upper portion of the tank. A pipeline feeds fuel into a feed tank, and is equipped with shock-absorbing springs (12), an area vibrator (13) and resonators (14). A height of the fuel storage tank is strictly dependent on a length in a ratio of 1:5, is distinguished by the fact that the resonators are additionally equipped with mechanical mixers (15) with engines. USE - Device for preparing water-fuel emulsion for industrial boiler plant and marine power plant. ADVANTAGE - The quality of the prepared water-fuel emulsion is significantly improved and the number of cycles of water precipitation, fuel cleaning and emulsification is reduced.
