| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The picker arm (106) comprises multiple pickers (202a,202b) having a rack (204) and a pinion (206). The rack is provided in mesh with the pinion. A motor (208) is coupled to the pinion and adapted to rotate the pinion, such that the rack translates upon rotation of the pinion. A first arm (210) is fixedly coupled to each picker of multiple pickers. A second arm (212) is movably coupled to the rack of each picker. The second arm moves towards the first arm upon translation of the pinion. A gap between the first and second arms is adjusted to facilitate the pick saplings from corresponding sapling tray of multiple sapling trays upon movement of the second arm. The saplings in multiple cup conveyors are deployed upon picking the saplings from the corresponding sapling tray of multiple sapling trays. USE - Picker arm for use in a vegetable picking system (claimed), such as fully automated multi-vegetable picking system for transplanter. ADVANTAGE - The picker arm enhances efficiency in vegetable transplantation, catering to diverse agricultural needs, and preferences across the globe. The picker arm is designed in such a way that pick seven saplings at a time, and run by a servo motor that actuates a rack pinion mechanism to operate the arms of the picker arms. The cup conveyors are provided to efficiently convey the saplings to the sowing mechanism. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a vegetable picking system that has a motor.
