USE - Method for producing biodiesel for human consumption. ADVANTAGE - The SPR generates controlled shockwaves that promote thorough mixing and mass transfer, enhancing the contact between reactants and catalysts. This leads to faster and more complete trans-esterification reactions compared to traditional mechanical stirrer methods. The intense shockwaves break down larger molecules and improve homogeneity in the reaction mixture, ensuring consistent product quality and minimizing variations. This ultimately increases biodiesel yield.
