| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to adsorption equipment and can be used in air separation by short-cycle heatless adsorption with increased content of target gas in product flow and reduced air consumption of the plant. Separation of multicomponent gas mixtures by short-cycle heatless adsorption involves increasing the pressure of the flow of the separated gas mixture and passing it through the adsorbent bed of adsorption columns. Adsorption columns are divided into main ones, which mainly absorb non-target components of gas mixture, and auxiliary ones, which mainly absorb target components of gas mixture. In adsorption columns, pressure increase and decrease modes are cyclically and sequentially organized, product gas mixture enriched with target component is withdrawn and supplied to the consumer from the main column with increased pressure, auxiliary adsorbers are filled with gas from the main adsorbers after the adsorption stage is completed, backflushing is performed from the auxiliary adsorbers with the target component of the gas mixture of the main adsorption columns when they are in the desorption mode of previously adsorbed non-target components of the gas mixture, partial pressure rise is performed in the main adsorption columns that have completed the desorption stage from the main adsorbers that have completed the adsorption stage.
