成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics, and can be used for damping mobile hip traction during arthroscopic operations. With the patient lying on the healthy side under anaesthesia, the body and the healthy lower extremity are fixed to the surgical table with fixation bands. Two incisions of skin and subcutaneous fat are made in a projection of a proximal part of femur 20-24 cm from each other and with length of 4-5 mm, through which a trocar with an obturator is installed, pushing the muscles apart to the femur. Trocar obturator is removed, and two through channels are drilled through the trocar sleeve in the femur, which penetrate into the subtrochanteric zone through two cortical layers. Parallel to femoral neck axis, two threaded rods with diameter of 5 mm are screwed in, which are connected to each other with a metal bar with length of 78-80 mm, width of 12-13 mm and thickness of 4.0-4.2 mm with 5 holes with diameter of 7 mm, the bar is connected to the retainer of the telescopic double-lever system by a spring damper with diameter of 23 mm and length of 40 mm, which is fixed to a standard fixture of the operating table. After puncture of the hip joint, 0.9% sodium chloride solution in amount of 20-22 ml is introduced into its cavity. A hip joint is tractioned by a bar with rods using a telescopic two-arm traction system; the hip joint is stretched and the arthroscope is inserted into different parts of the hip joint. Upon completion of the operation, the traction system is disassembled, the threaded rods are unscrewed from the femur and the skin incisions are closed. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Method provides bringing down the femoral head relative to the cotyloid cavity in the direction of the femoral neck axis, creating conditions for the introduction of arthroscopic optics and instruments into the cavity of the hip composition, possibility of viewing all parts of the hip joint and considerable improvement of quality of arthroscopic operations due to peculiarities of performance. 1 cl, 3 ex
