成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to biotechnology, particularly to a method for genotyping a single nucleotide variant rs2097461 (T>C) of the human XBP1 gene. Said method is carried out by a real-time polymerase chain reaction and a forward primer XBP1-F, reverse primer XBP1, as well as XBP1-T- and C-allele-specific fluorescent-labelled probes are used, wherein for allele T homozygous DNA samples with genotype rs2097461-T/T fluorescence increase in FAM channel is detected, for allele C homozygous DNA samples with genotype rs2097461-C/C signal is detected by channel ROX, for heterozygous samples with genotype rs2097461-T/C there is increase of fluorescence by both channels of detection.
