| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The tool has working elements that are mounted on a frame (1), and consists of a stand (3) with a cutting working element. A chisel (17) is installed as cutting working element and rigidly attached to a housing (4) hinged to the stand. A vibrator (13) is mounted inside the housing, consists of a rotating weight with a displaced center of mass. The vibrator receives a drive from a hydraulic motor through a flexible cable shaft (7) mounted at the rear of the working element stand. The vibrator perceives centrifugal forces in the transverse-vertical plane. The rack of the working element is attached to the frame on a support (2) using two bolts, and ensure oscillation of the rack of the working element in the transverse-vertical plane. The springs (11) are installed on both sides of the lower bolt between the rack and the support for attaching it to the frame. A spherical ball bearing (12) is installed on an upper bolt (9) and pressed into the working element stand. USE - Vibratory chisel tool for processing compacted and heavy mechanical composition soils. ADVANTAGE - The tool ensures the crumbling of the soil when processing compacted soils within the limits of agrotechnical requirements, while simultaneously helping to reduce traction resistance and increase the productivity of the unit.
