| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The crusher-spreader has a feeder that is made in the form of a front retractable side with a drive from a hydraulic cylinder (9,11,18) for uniform crushing and spreading of organic fertilizers over the surface of the field. Each beater is made in the form of a plate, curled to the beater shaft in a spiral shape with an angle of inclination of 5-10 degree to which alternating cutting knives and spreading blades are attached. The spreader beaters are installed at an angle of inclination forward by 5-15 degree. The spreading blades are located to the beater radius at an angle of 15-30 degree, and the vertical portion of the blade at the end over a length of 0.04-0.07 m is at an angle of 40-50 degree in the direction of rotation of the beater. USE - Crusher-spreader for crushing and distributing solid organic fertilizers over surface of field. ADVANTAGE - The crusher-spreader can easily ensure uniform crushing, distribution and spreading of organic fertilizers over the surface of the field, increase the width of the unit capture, increase the productivity of the unit, and increase the yield of cultivated crops.
