| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The group has a low-speed brushless electric motor (1) with a variable-pitch propeller (VPP) (2) directly mounted on it. A blades are mounted with the ability to rotate around their axes and connected to a blade rotation control system. A VPP control controller with the ability to change the blade installation angle contains a battery (11) of any type, a brushless electric motor speed controller (8), a motor frame or a support for attaching a propeller-motor unit to the fuselage of an aircraft. A feedback sensor (5) for the developed thrust of any type is installed in the motor frame, transmitting data on the actually developed thrust to the program of the VPP control controller, the program calculates and issues a control action of a servo drive (3) on the blade turning mechanism. USE - Electric adaptive propeller-motor group for ultra-light aircraft with feedback on developed thrust and power consumption. ADVANTAGE - The feedback channels from the brushless motor speed controller are used for the rotation frequency and instantaneous power consumption enables the adaptation of the thrust control curve as a function of maximum efficiency. The airspeed sender feedback channel is used to take into account the changing total propeller pitch depending on the aircraft airspeed.
