成果简介NOVELTY - Preparing thin film of titanate nanosheets (TNs) on a conductive solid substrate involves using electrophoretic deposition (EPD) cell, taking exfoliated solution and double distilled water (DDW) in volumetric ratios of 1: 5-1: 10, where pH of the exfoliated solution is kept 8-10, and further taking electrophoretic bath containing the dialyzed solution to solvent in volumetric ratio of 1: 3-3: 1, carrying out deposition between 10-20 V and deposition cycles varies from 10-40. USE - Method for preparation of a thin film of titanate nanosheets (TNs) on a conductive solid substrate. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare titanate nanosheets (TNs) thin films from exfoliated titanate nanosheets (TNs) colloidal suspension and to develop a specially designed electrophoretic deposition (EPD) cell to get uniform thin film, produce a well-adherent and uniform thin film on various conducting substrates, such as stainless steel, aluminium, and copper using a specially designed electrophoretic deposition (EPD) cell and to deposit titanate nanosheets (TNs) thin film from colloidal suspension at room temperature.
