成果简介	NOVELTY - The wire has a rectangular conductive core (R1) with rounded corners, covered with an enamel insulating layer, where nominal double thickness of the enamel insulating layer is 0.06 millimeters and minimum thickness along entire perimeter of cross-section of the wire is not less than 0.02 millimeters, and maximum double thickness W does not exceed 0.07 millimeter. Radii of rounding of the corners of the rectangular core and corresponding radius of rounding (R2) of the enamel insulating layer coincide. The enamel insulating layer is made of electrically insulating enamel varnish on a polyvinylformal base, polyvinyl acetal base and polyamideimide base. USE - Thin insulation winding wire for use in production of windings e.g. transposed and subdivided type windings, of oil electrical transformers and reactors. ADVANTAGE - The wire is provided with increased electrical strength, reduces the mass and size parameters of the winding of electrical machines and increases slot utilization factor in electrical machines and devices.
