| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to food industry, in particular to production of concentrated beverages, and can be used for preparation of health-improving beverages. Disclosed is a method of producing a concentrated beverage, comprising grinding dry vegetal raw materials, extraction, filtration, concentration, wherein dry vegetal raw material is collection of crushed rhizomes with roots of Rhodiola rosea, Schisandra chinensis fruits, Crataegus sanguinea fruits, Echinacea purpurea herb and peppermint leaves, which is extracted under conditions of hydrodynamic mode at hydraulic ratio 1:6-1:8 at temperature of 50-60 °C for 150-180 minutes, filtration of the obtained extract is carried out using a fine filter and then its concentration is carried out in a vacuum evaporator at rate of 30-35 l/h at temperature of 35-40 °C and pressure of 9-9.5 kPa for 90-110 minutes to dry substances content of 65-70 %, wherein initial components are taken at the following ratio, wt. %: rhizomes with roots of Rhodiola rosea 19-23; Schisandra chinensis fruits 13-16; Crataegus sanguinea fruits 19-23; Echinacea purpurea herb 27-31; peppermint leaves 11-18.
