成果简介NOVELTY - Method for production of dry soluble beverage envisages dry vegetal raw materials milling, extraction, filtration, concentration, drying and milling. Dry vegetal raw materials used are German chamomile, St. John's wort, dwarf everlast, birch buds, sea-buckthorn shoots, which are extracted under conditions of hydrodynamic mode at hydraulic modulus of 1:10–1:12, at temperature of 60–70 °C for 120–140 minutes, filtration is carried out using a fine filter, concentration is carried out at rate of 30–35 l/s, at temperature of 35–40 °C and pressure of 0.09–0.095 bar for 90–110 minutes, thick extract is dried in a vacuum-pulse dryer at temperature of 35–40 °C, pressure of 0.03–0.035 bar for 4–5 minutes, grinding of the product layer is carried out on a knife mill at a number of revolutions of 3,500–4,000 rpm for 2–3 minutes to a state of a powder with a particle size of 200–300 mcm, wherein the components are taken at the following ratio, wt.%:German chamomile – 23–27, dwarf everlast – 23–27, St. John's wort – 18–22, birch buds – 18–22, sea-buckthorn shoots – 10.
