成果简介NOVELTY - The cable has an inner conductor (1) twisted from copper wires and covered with insulation. An outer conductor (5) made in the form of a braid of copper wires is applied over an insulation of the inner conductor and an outer sheath (6). The insulation of the inner conductor is made in the form of a combination of solid layers (2-4) of ethylene propylene rubber thermally welded together. The layers of ethylene propylene rubber contacting the inner and outer conductors, respectively, are made resistant to oxidative degradation. The outer sheath is made of a halogen-free composition based on thermoplastic polyurethane. USE - Marine radio frequency coaxial cable for transmitting high-frequency signals of high power in communication systems and controlling radio-frequency and antenna-feeder devices. ADVANTAGE - The cable provides an insulation structure including insulation layers made of silane-crosslinkable composition with an intermediate layer made of silane-crosslinkable composition METALEN K-21 as well as an outer shell made of a halogen-free composition based on thermoplastic polyurethane so as to ensure achievement of the cable. The cable increases flexibility of the cable, so that diameter of free-hanging loop meets specified requirements provided that the specified electrical parameters are maintained.
