| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Mower conditioner with automated device for changing rotor rotation frequency contains rotor installed on shaft with pivotally fixed on its surface blades of L-shape. Blades on the right and on the left of the rotor are installed with L-shaped bends towards each other from the periphery to the centre. Driven fixed disc and driven movable disc with spring are installed on rotor shaft. Driven movable disc is connected to the driven fixed disc by screws with possibility of movement along the shaft under the action of a spring. Between the driven fixed disc and the driven movable disc, a V-belt is clamped, providing communication with the drive shaft by means of the drive fixed disc and the drive movable disc connected to the hydraulic cylinder, which are installed on the drive shaft. Input of the hydraulic cylinder is connected to the control device connected by its electric input through the converter to the sensor of the thickness of the mown vegetation layer.
