| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, surgery, and can be used in operations on mammary gland for prevention of postoperative complications. Axillary lymphadenectomy is followed by drying axillary vessels and wound inner surface. A latex tissue adhesive 0.1 mm thick is applied on the surface of axillary vessels and on the inner surface of the wound. Exposure is performed for 5-7 minutes, external compression of wound edges and area of application of latex tissue glue is performed for 1 minute. Two sutures reducing the cavity are applied by connecting a layer of subcutaneous fat of an axillary triangle, an edge of a latissimus dorsi muscle, an anterior serratus muscle, a pectoralis major muscle. An elastic bandage is applied for 3 days. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Method reduces the duration of lymphorrhea, prevents the formation of lymphocele in the axillary region, which in turn helps to reduce the number of complications after mastectomy, accelerates postoperative rehabilitation and transition to subsequent specialized treatment due to application of tissue latex glue in the area of axillary vessels and along the internal surface of the wound with subsequent closure. 1 cl, 3 ex |
