成果简介NOVELTY - Development of carbon dioxide (Co2)/ methane (CH4) Separation Process using novel zinc (Zn)-metal-organic frameworks-5 (MOF-5 ll)/ [BMIM]Br (1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide)/ Polysulfone Membranes (PSF) Mixed Matrix Membranes Prepared by Solution Casting Method involves (a) all gas molecules (CO2 or CH4) sorbs on the MMM surface, (b) the selective gas molecules diffuse through it, and (c) molecules desorbed through the other side of the MMM, known as permeate. USE - Development of carbon dioxide/ methane separation process. ADVANTAGE - The membrane has an excellent separation process, such as energy efficiency with smaller footprints, low capital and operational cost, less space requirement, simplicity in design, close loop operation and gives high permeability and selectivity of gas. The pollution-free membrane module is pollution-free membrane module, low capital and operational cost of product, low energy consumption for gas separation, less space is required for the gas permeation unit, high permeability (CO2), high selectivity (CO2/CH4) and simplicity of design product.
