| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The apparatus has heat exchange tubes (6) that are secured in the tube sheets so that the ends of the tubes protrude above the upper tube sheet (4), heat carrier inlet and outlet nozzles (8) connected to the housing. The raw material inlet and liquid phase outlet nozzles are connected to the chambers at opposite ends of the apparatus. A gas phase outlet nozzle is connected to the upper chamber of the apparatus. A perforated plate is provided with holes of a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the heat exchange pipes, and installed above the raw material input nozzle and below the ends of the heat exchange pipes. The slots are provided on the upper ends of the heat exchange pipes. USE - Film tubular heat and mass exchange apparatus used in rectification process for separating water-methanol mixture in oil and gas refining process. ADVANTAGE - The efficiency of the process is increased with a low consumption of the liquid phase. An efficient operation of the apparatus for the liquid phase is ensured.
