成果简介NOVELTY - The capacitive cryoconcentrator has a rectangular structure (1) equipped with a nozzle for introducing a cooling and heating medium (2), a nozzle for removing the cooling medium (3) and a valve for draining the cooling and heating medium (4). The coil heat exchanger (7) is configured for preliminary cooling of the liquid and connected by a first-stage freezing collector to the heat-transfer pipes of the first stage freezing equipped with rubber seal lids. A nipple is configured for draining excess water and designed with the possibility of feeding water using a pump into a coil heat exchanger for preliminary cooling of the liquid. The heat transfer pipes of the first stage of freezing and the heat transfer pipes of the second stage of freezing in cross section have the shape of a shortened epitrochoid with 5 petals. USE - Capacitive cryoconcentrator used in food, biotechnological, medical and chemical industries for concentrating solutions by freezing. ADVANTAGE - The implementation of heat-transfer pipes of the first freezing stage and heat-transfer pipes of the second freezing stage with a cross-section in the form of a shortened epitrochoid with 5 petals allows to increase their heat-transfer surface and improve the productivity of the capacitive cryoconcentrator. The productivity of a capacitive cryoconcentrator is increased by increasing the heat transfer surface of heat transfer pipes.
