| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The cryoconcentrator has a rectangular housing (1) that is equipped with a nozzle (21). A first-stage freezing rotary table (11) is connected to a semi-concentrate receiving tank (12) designed to feed semi-concentrate using a pump (13) into an intermediate heat-insulated tank for semi-concentrate and connected by a second-stage freezing collector (15) to the second-stage freezing heat-transfer pipes (16) equipped with lids with a rubber seal (17). A second-stage freezing rotary table (18) is connected to a concentrate receiving tank (19) as well as an ice receiving tank equipped with water nozzles. A water filter (22) and a nipple (23) are provided for draining excess water and designed with the possibility of feeding water using a pump into a coil heat exchanger for preliminary cooling of the liquid. The heat transfer pipes of first stage of freezing and the heat transfer pipes of the second stage of freezing in cross section have the shape of a shortened epitrochoid with 6 petals. USE - Capacitive cryoconcentrator for concentrating solutions by freezing used in food, biotechnology, medical and chemical industries. ADVANTAGE - The increase in the heat-transfer surface of the heat-transfer pipes and an increase in the productivity of the capacitive cryoconcentrator are achieved due to the possibility of increasing the total number of heat-transfer pipes of the first freezing stage and heat-transfer pipes of the second freezing stage while maintaining the same overall dimensions of the capacitive cryoconcentrator as with round cross-section pipes. The implementation of heat-transfer pipes of the first freezing stage and heat-transfer pipes of the second freezing stage with a cross-section in the form of a shortened epitrochoid with 6 petals allows to increase their heat-transfer surface and improve the productivity of the capacitive cryoconcentrator.
