| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The cryoconcentrator has a rectangular case (1) equipped with a nozzle (21) for introducing a cooling and heating medium (2). A nozzle removes the cooling medium (3). A valve drains the cooling and heating medium, and includes a heat-insulated tank (5) equipped with a nozzle for feeding the concentrated liquid. A coil heat exchanger (7) is used for preliminary cooling of the liquid and connected by a first-stage freezing collector (8) to the heat-transfer pipes of the first stage freezing. A second-stage freezing rotary table (18) is connected to a concentrate receiving tank (19), an ice receiving tank (20) is equipped with water nozzles, a water filter (22) and a nipple (23) for draining excess water and designed with the possibility of feeding water using a pump into a coil heat exchanger. The heat transfer pipes of the first stage of freezing and the heat transfer pipes of the second stage of freezing in cross section have the shape of a shortened epitrochoid with 7 petals. USE - Capacitive cryoconcentrator for concentrating solutions by freezing used in food industry. ADVANTAGE - The implementation of heat-transfer pipes of the first freezing stage and heat-transfer pipes of the second freezing stage with a cross-section in the form of a shortened epitrochoid with 7 petals allows to increase the heat-transfer surface and improve the productivity of the capacitive cryoconcentrator. The productivity of a capacitive cryoconcentrator is increased by increasing the heat transfer surface of heat transfer pipes.
