| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device has an analog-to-digital signal converter (1) constructed based on isolation of segments of speech processing and based on analysis of correlation dependencies in a speech signal. Sequentially connected units calculate dispersion of the input signal such that classification and segmentation of the speech signal are additionally introduced with a series-connected noise variance calculation unit (2.1). A threshold value calculation unit (3) calculates averaging interval value with an input. An output of the analog-to-digital converter is connected to an input of a noise variance calculation unit and to an input of a speech signal segmentation unit (6). USE - Device for isolating segments of speech processing on a single-chip computer in a speech signal coding and processing system i.e. biometric speaker recognition system. ADVANTAGE - The device increase probability of correct segmentation of a speech signal under noise conditions and expansion of the scope of application due to the use of differences in the energy properties of the speech signal and noise.
