成果简介	NOVELTY - The vortex saturator (1) has a cylindrical portion, a water supply pipe and a pipe for discharging a finely dispersed water-air mixture. The main portion is closed at the lower end by a sealed bottom, and at the upper end is provided with a cylindrical vortex chamber coaxially connected to it and having a diameter 5 times greater than the diameter of the main portion to which the water supply pipe is tangentially connected. A vortex vacuum chamber (5) is located in the center of the cylindrical vortex chamber coaxially with the main portion. The upper end of branch pipe (3) is provided for discharging a finely dispersed water-air mixture. The branch pipe supplies a coarsely dispersed water-air mixture and designed with the possibility of connecting to an ejector and is tangentially connected to the main portion. USE - Vortex saturator for saturating liquid with gas and separating finely dispersed bubbles from supersaturated solution, and used for purifying natural and waste water by flotation. ADVANTAGE - The vortex saturator increases the degree of dispersion of the resulting water-air mixture while reducing energy consumption.
