| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The plate knife has holes for fastening to a rotor of a mower cutting apparatus, that are set on one side a mounting portion, and a working portion that is set on the other side, having cutting edges no more than 0.2 mm thick on both sides. A layer of relit with a thickness of 0.3-0.4 mm with decreasing width, is applied to the front surface of the working portion along the cutting edges by the surfacing method from 12-15 mm at the end of the working portion to 4-5 mm at the opposite end of the working portion. USE - Plate knife of rotary mowers e.g. forage harvesting machine. ADVANTAGE - The self-sharpening during operation is ensured. The durability of the plate knives of rotary mowers is increased by increasing the hardness of the cutting edges and ensuring the self-sharpening effect, which additionally reduces the consumption of plate knives when harvesting forage. The need for preliminary preparation of the knife surface for applying a wear-resistant coating by grinding the front surface of the working portion of the plate knife, is avoided.
