成果简介	NOVELTY - A device comprises working tools (1) in the form of rollers, and a power step-down transformer with control and monitoring equipment, located in a housing (2), in which the base is fixed on a movable carriage (3) of a lathe, which is connected to an adapter (4) by two guides (5) located on sides of the carriage of the lathe with the possibility of horizontal movement of the carriage of the lathe perpendicular to the workpiece. The adapter is equipped with two pneumatic shock absorbers of equal rigidity. The adapter is rigidly (6) fixed on the carriage of the lathe. The rollers are connected directly to terminals (7) of the secondary winding of the power step-down transformer, and the adapter is shifted to the left relative to the carriage of the lathe. USE - Device used for electromechanical processing. ADVANTAGE - The device reduces electrical energy losses by an average of 80%, and uses movable spring-loaded carriage to ensure stable contact of the working tools with the surface being processed and stability of hardness and hardening depth.
