成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention relates to oil and gas industry, namely to devices for isolation of formations in a well. External casing mechanical packer includes a cylindrical hollow housing with a central through channel and a collar seal installed on the cylindrical hollow housing, fixed at one end by a stop, having the possibility of longitudinal movement into the working position relative to the cylindrical hollow housing for pressing the cup seal to the well walls. Cylindrical hollow housing in the middle part is made in the form of a conical narrowing, in the lower part of which along the perimeter there are at least two cylindrical pins and an annular groove with a locking ring installed inside. Collar seal is installed under the conical narrowing, the lower end of which is fixed by the stop clamps. Stop is equipped with locking elements for fixation in the transport position with the possibility of longitudinal movement into the working position upwards relative to the cylindrical hollow housing on the conical narrowing for pressing the collar seal to the walls of the well at shearing of the locking elements under a certain torque. Stop along the perimeter is equipped with at least ten longitudinal projections and at least two through longitudinal screw slots with the possibility of alignment with cylindrical pins of the hollow cylindrical housing. Outer diameter along longitudinal ledges is less than diameter of the well shaft. USE - Oil and gas industry. ADVANTAGE - Provides for improvement of reliability of annular space separation in the well during its casing, development and operation, prevention of movement of fluids of different nature upwards or downwards along annular space of the well and acceleration of well construction works performance. 2 cl, 2 dwg
