成果简介	NOVELTY - The device has a cylindrical-conical portion (1), and the upper and lower centering plates (2,3) ensure the tightness of the cylindrical-conical portion. An upper bearing block (4) is installed in the upper centering plate. A lower bearing block (5) is installed in the lower centering plate. A tangential pipe is provided for inlet of an initial suspension (6). A pipe is provided for outlet of a thickened suspension (7). A pipe (8) is provided for outlet of the filtrate. A filter element (9) is made with the possibility of rotation. A drive shaft (10) is installed in the upper portion of the filter element and is centered in the upper centering plate. An outlet pipe (11) is installed in the lower portion of the filter element and is centered in the lower centering plate. The filter element in cross-section has the shape of a nephroid. USE - Device for separating suspensions used in chemical, food and other industries. ADVANTAGE - The layer of sediment formed on the surface of the filter element is reduced by turbulizing the flow of the initial suspension.
