| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to metallurgy of non-ferrous and noble metals, in particular to hydrometallurgical processing of secondary copper electrolytic refining sludge. Method involves sludge decoppering, lead extraction with subsequent extraction of noble metals into a concentrate. Wherein slurry decoppering is performed with ammonia-chloride solution with addition of ammonium carbonate with subsequent filtration of pulp and washing of obtained precipitate with water. Copper is extracted from the mixture of filtrate and washing water by extraction with LIX 84-I in a hydrocarbon diluent. De-coppered cake is subjected to leaching in acetic acid with extraction of lead into solution and subsequent precipitation in the form of chloride or sulphate. Extraction of noble metals is carried out from cake obtained after acetate leaching. USE - Metallurgy.
