| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device has a housing provided with a calender that includes a heating calender roll and a cooling calender roll (10). A first tension roller (12) is located in a front side of the heating calender roll. A second tension roller is located behind the cooling calender roll. An upper conveyor belt encircles the heating calender roll and the tension roll that are located behind the cooling calender roll. A lower conveyor belt encircles the cooling calender roll and the tension roll. An upper conveyor belt edge sensor is located at one of the edges of the upper conveyor belt. A lower conveyor belt edge sensor is located at one of the edges of the lower conveyor belt. An upper conveyor belt alignment shaft is fixed with an upper conveyor belt. USE - Device for applying a polymer non-woven material to a continuous carbon material. ADVANTAGE - The device ensures that alignment shaft of upper and lower conveyor belts are installed with ability to align conveyor belts in transverse direction according to a signal from corresponding edge sensors and avoids requiring of large production areas.
