| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The actuator has a twin auger string of a modular type (1) that is equipped with the drive units (2), a feed mechanism (3) and a cutting unit (4). The cutting unit consists of a frame mounted on the face of the auger string with the two independent drive units secured to the frame, and each of which is equipped with a cutting drum with a vertical axis of rotation, while inside the frame on bearing supports there are two loading augers located in front of the cutting drums and connected to the augers of the string with the possibility of synchronous rotation with them. The frame has receiving windows located above and in front of the loading augers. USE - Auger drilling rig actuator used in coal and mining industries. ADVANTAGE - The efficiency of auger mining allows to significantly increased due to the complete extraction of coal from the well, increases its grade with a decrease in energy costs, significantly increases the feed rate of the auger drilling unit executive element and its productivity as well as increasing the length of the extraction wells.
