| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The attachment has a fixed branch pipe (1) on which a movable separating head (2) with built-in curved branch pipes (3) and jet nozzles (5) is fixed. A surface of the curved branch pipes includes blades (4) for actively mixing a raw material layer with liquid. The liquid under pressure enters the fixed branch pipe and then into the movable separating head from which the liquid enters the curved branch pipes with jet nozzles for creating a jet stream. The blades actively mix the extraction liquid and create a suspended layer of raw materials in the liquid. USE - Pump attachment for obtaining plant extracts in agriculture. ADVANTAGE - The nozzle performs a rotational movement and actively mixes the layer of raw material with the liquid using the blades, thus ensuring intensification of the process of obtaining extracts from plant raw materials, increasing degree of extraction of useful substances from raw materials and reducing time of technological process.
