| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The attachment module has a mixing chamber (3) with a sprayer (5), and connected to a container (1) for working fluid through a dosing pump (2). A collector (6) of excess working fluid is connected to a branch pipe. The mixing chamber at the inlet is provided with a screw surface (4) in a cylindrical portion with the possibility of its rotation. The mixing chamber is made in the form of a straight pipe. USE - Attachment module installed in pneumatic seed pipe of pneumatic seeder and used for coating seeds with protective and stimulating preparations during sowing. ADVANTAGE - The execution of the mixing chamber in the form of straight pipe does not contribute to stratification by density of the air-seed mixture, thus increasing the degree of uniform distribution of the preparation over the surface of each seed and reducing the likelihood of clogging the seed pipe. The efficiency of coating seeds with protective and stimulating preparations is increased without disrupting the transport capacity of the seeding system of the seeding complex. The efficiency of seed treatment with protective and stimulating preparations is increased.
