成果简介NOVELTY - The system has a transmitter (Tx) comprising four coils with a high-frequency Litz wire consisting of 47 strands. A receiver (Rx) is wirelessly coupled with the transmitter, where the receiver comprises a receiver coil (102). A switching circuitry (104) is electronically coupled with transmitter. The switching circuitry comprises four double-pole double-throw (DPDT) switches. A processor (106) control the four DPDT switches. Surface-mount device (SMD) capacitors (108) are electrically connected in series with the four coils to resonate at a working frequency of 6.78 megahertz (MHz). The switching circuitry excites the four coils provided within the transmitter with a single sinusoidal excitation. USE - System for wireless power transfer (WPT) for charging a biomedical implant in patients. ADVANTAGE - The system ensures controlling the current circulation within the four coils, so that a uniform voltage can be obtained at the receiver by properly shaping the magnetic-beam. The system ensures localizing moving receivers using multi-coil transmitters with distinct frequency sources or time divisional strategies. The receiver can be located within the WPT so as to locate the receiver or the biomedical implant. The processor can be trained using a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN)(Deep learning network) to enable localization of the receiver within the WPT.
